Dan Challa and Dan Boomstra joined me today for a wonderfully sunny day on the water. It was sure good to be back to near normal temperatures. Fishing today was very good this morning in the dark water and slow in the afternoon. The lack of success this afternoon was likely due to my bad timing of leaving a very good area about the same time as everyone else decided to leave where they were at- we got caught in major traffic. After we found an area to ourselves we were able to again capitalize. Clown eggs, stones, and cross dressers were the featured flies. Thanks Dan for the great day and bringing your camera!
