Quick shot before the skies openned up

Some much needed rain fell in the Muskegon River watershed today! The river took a nice jump in flow and added some much needed color. Joining me today was long time customer and friend Harry Boesch and his friend Russel. Fishing was good overall today minus the couple hour break we took at the lodge to dodge the lightning. Steelhead orange nuke eggs, sparkle stones, and green caddis brought some very nice fish to the net. Pictured is Harry from this morning before the skies opened  and kept my camera tucked away.
