Thanks to all of you who stopped by our booth at the 2009 Great Waters Expo in Schaumburg Illinois; you made it a great success. As we look forward to the 2010 show here are a few shots of the weekend.
Pictured below is Captain Fred Vargas creating some of his masterful tube flies as a featured fly tier at the 2009 Great Waters Expo. As many of you have come to know over the years that Fred’s flies are some of the most innovative and masterfully tied flies on the market. With a week and a half before the Detroit show we will be trying to get on the water as much as possible or as the weather permits. The Muskegon River is in perfect form with a slight tint and steady flows. Water temperatures are still cold so knowing the exact lies if the fish will be very important. Please give us a call or drop us an email if you would like to get out; late February and March dates are available.
